Steel backing of duplex shaft housing uses 10# steel or SPCC soft steel as foundation with sintered pot metal and mock silver duplex metal shaft housing on its surface, oil holes and grooves shall be designed on surface of bearing to adapt to lubrication work with oil. Duplex metal shaft housing can replace the copper housing at common sliding part. As it is one kind of thin wall shaft housing made with coiled procedure, therefore it may lower radial dimension of bearing, lessen volume of machine and reduce the cost. Duplex metal shaft housing is mainly used for auto industry, e.g. main bearing of engine, pitman shaft bushing, rocker shaft bushing, gear shaft bushing of gear box, steel spring plate shaft bushing of underpan system, brake shoe shaft bushing, etc.
